IFLA is thrilled to bring a new perspective from its different regions to registered online attendees. The four Hubs around the World Library and Information Congress promote increased inclusion and participation from registered remote delegates.
The aim of conference hubs is to enable discussion among the delegates around topics of interest to all. The sessions provide an expert speaker to start the conversation followed by the opportunity for questions, conversation and sharing amongst those attending the sessions.
Where ?
The hubs sessions will take place online. You can access the links to each of the sessions through the conference digital platform (Swapcard).
Please check the hub button and see all the sessions available.
These sessions are reserved to all registered virtual delegates. Onsites delegates interested in the discussion can also join the sessions if they wish to.
A recording of the key speakers from each hub session will be added to the conference digital platform and be available on demand. If you miss one, you can catch up later.
Open to the world
One session from each hub will be open to the global library field to attend for free. If you are not a registered Congress delegate, you will need to register in advance for the open session you wish to attend. You can find more information on which sessions are open and how to register in the individual regional programmes below.
