The following half-day congress tours will be offered by Rotterdam Business Events to all delegates on 21-24 August 2023.
If the minimum number of participants per tour are not met, the tours are subject to cancellation.
The prices will include entries to all attractions (where relevant) and tickets for public transportation.
Delegates will be able to book the day tours via the Rotterdam Business Events platform or onsite during the Congress at the tour desk during the opening times. In additions tickets for the Euromast and for a harbour tour with the Spido can be bought at the desk as well.

Cancellation:
- If an event is cancelled, the full purchase will be refunded, including the ticket price and Eventbrite surcharges.
- If the delegate notifies Rotterdam Business Event in writing (by e-mail) within 9 to 5 working days before the performance, the delegate will be charged 25% of the budgeted package price.
- If the delegate notifies Rotterdam Business Event in writing (by e-mail) within 4 to 3 working days before the event, the delegate will be charged 50% of the budgeted package price.
- A withdrawal of delegate within 2 working days before the tour can no longer be processed and the delegate will be charged 100% of the budgeted package price.
