Whether it is a large international conference or a more intimate business meeting. The brand new Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre (RACC) can easily be equipped in any setting. The state-of-the-art congress centre combines 35 rooms, an impressive auditorium (RTM Stage) with 2,863 seats, beautiful foyers and exhibition spaces. The auditorium can even be expanded to an XL version for 4,000 but Ahoy is also perfect for smaller meetings The rooms on the second and third floors all vary in all different sizes. The RACC is directly connected to the exhibition and event halls and the Ahoy Arena to easily combining trade fairs with a conference. The convention centre has been designed to host the most diverse corporate events!
The Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre is located in the heart of Rotterdam South, south of the “Nieuwe Maas” river. The versatile conference location can easily be reached by car, bicycle and public transport. The conference centre is ideally located near the highways and is just on a 5 minutes walking distance from the Zuidplein bus and metro station. The international Rotterdam The Hague Airport is just a 25 minute drive while Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is on a 50 minutes driving distance. The RACC offers excellent connections no matter where your guests come from.

Core Congress Dates
21-25 August 2023
The Opening Ceremony will take place on 21 August at 10:30 am on the RTM Stage.
IFLA will also hold a trade exhibition at the Ahoy Convention Centre in Hall 3.
In conjunction with the World Library and Information Congress. Attendees are invited to visit the exhibition, which will be open with an exhibition opening in the evening of Monday, 21 August, until Thursday, 24 August 2023. Final opening hours will be included in the technical Manual.
