The following half-day congress tours will be offered by Rotterdam Business Events to all delegates on 21-24 August 2023.
If the minimum number of participants per tour are not met, the tours are subject to cancellation.
The prices will include pick up and drop off at the Ahoy, air-conditioned luxury coach transport with driver/guide. Entries to all attractions (where relevant) will also be included.
Delegates will be able to book tours via the Rotterdam Business Events platform or onsite during the Congress at the tour desk during the opening times.

You’ll see the old Dutch city Delft and view beautiful Delftware, you’ll see sights like the Binnenhof ( Dutch Parliament), take in the incredible architecture and visit the miniature town, Madurodam in The Hague. In Amsterdam we take a canal cruise, visit the Albert Cuypmarket. Includes overnight in a 3 star hotel in The Hague including breakfast.
Tour 2 – Kinderdijk – Gouda – overnight at Gouda – Utrecht

Join this 2 day trip and discover the famous fields of Kinderdijk by boat and visit the windmills. Learn all about the rich history and culture of the famous Dutch windmills. Then we taste & feel the history and crafts of Gouda. Visit the famous cheese market and taste the Dutch “Stroopwafel” a sweet Dutch delicacy. You stay in a 3 star hotel in Gouda and the next day we will visit the medieval town of Utrecht. We will see all the highlights of Utrecht by canal cruise, visit De Haar Castle, the largest and most luxurious castle in the Netherlands and the Dutch Railway Museum.

In 2 days,you’ll discover the highlights of Amsterdam, discover this charismatic city’s hidden treasures, legends, and mysteries with a local guide in a walking tour through Amsterdam’s old center. Admire over 400 masterpieces by great artists such as Jan Steen, Frans Hals, Vermeer, and Rembrandt in the Rijksmuseum and discover what lies behind the doors of the former Heineken brewery, and learn everything there is to know about the world’s favorite beer. Further you wil visit the famous Albert Cuypmarket, Madam Tussauds and see the famous brothel windows, coffee shops, erotic theaters, and narrow streets of the Red light district.
Cancellation:
- If an event is cancelled, the full purchase will be refunded, including the ticket price and Eventbrite surcharges.
- If the delegate notifies Rotterdam Business Event in writing (by e-mail) within 9 to 5 working days before the performance, the delegate will be charged 25% of the budgeted package price.
- If the delegate notifies Rotterdam Business Event in writing (by e-mail) within 4 to 3 working days before the event, the delegate will be charged 50% of the budgeted package price.
- A withdrawal of delegate within 2 working days before the tour can no longer be processed and the delegate will be charged 100% of the budgeted package price.
